SUNFLOWER SEEDS CHIKKI / BAR

Ingredients:
- 1 cup GOODB Sunflower Seeds
- 1 cup jaggery (gur), grated
- 1 tablespoon ghee (clarified butter)
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
- A pinch of salt

1. Prepare Sunflower Seeds: Dry roast GOODB Sunflower Seeds in a pan over medium heat until they turn golden brown. Set aside.
